Bristol MW6G Southern Vectis FDL 927D
This emblematic single deck bus was used on the Isle of Wight between 1958 and 1966. This Bristol MW (for “Medium Weight”) bus was known as MW6G because it was fitted with a Gardner 6HLW (6-cylinder) engine.
Today, the original bus is the property of The Isle of Wight Bus & Coach Museum
