LNER 20 Ton Goods Brake Van Toad E Diag 64
Construction of these vehicles began in 1930, ending in 1936 after 901 had been completed. They were a development of the earlier Toad B brake van, which had wooden lookouts and end stanchions: on these new brake vans they were produced in steel. Running on mainly LNER/Eastern Region lines, they lasted well into the later BR period of the 1960s.
This finely moulded plastic wagon kit comes complete with pin point axle wheels and bearings. Glue and paint will be required, along with appropriate transfers. Additional parts to enable the vehicle to be modelled incorporating modifications made to the prototypes during their working life are included where appropriate.
Comes with metal wheels. Coupling required.
